Friday Follow-Up

- the last of the apples on our trees
- wild grapes

- froze apple slices for pies
- froze milk for soapmaking
- froze apple peels/cores
- grape juice

- we stocked up on horse feed with a B1G1F offer

- began a list of winter needs

Learned/practiced a new skill:
- Sort of a new skill, though it isn't all
that practical, just aesthetic: I learned how to make swirled soap.

Cooked something new:

Other projects:
- Made three batches of soap
- Moved two does in with the buck for the first spring kids
- Cleaned a small area of baling wire and other debris (this place was a "hot mess" when we bought it and we are still cleaning it up!)
