This week it finally feels like winter. I'm not complaining at all; the last month has been beautiful and I am very thankful for it. It rained all last night and is supposed to stop in a few hours, but it was rain and not snow. The next few nights will be in the 20's.
There are a few things I'd hoped to accomplish before the onset of colder weather though:
- Cover the duck/goose pen with a tarp, currently still in its package in the truck.
- Fix the latch on the goat shed so I can close the door at night, so it will be easier for them to stay warm.
Both are relatively simple tasks, and hopefully I'll be able to get them done soon.
