Friday Follow-Up

You must have long term goals to keep you from
being frustrated by short term failures.
~ Charles C. Noble

This week...

-- We finished a fencing project.

-- Hubby continued working on the goat barn, adding an additional electrical outlet and a light. Now that it's getting dark earlier, we need light inside.

-- More hay bought from a neighbor. We've also "reserved" hay from a friend; she called this week and told me to bring our trailer over and leave it. She'll call when it's ready to be picked up. I'm thankful for friends and neighbors!

-- I'm putting "mixes" together to make food preparation easier and quicker.

-- Labeled and put away the applesauce, apple juice, sweet & sour plum sauce that had been setting on the counter for awhile.

-- Checked the lids on my dehydrated and canned foods to make sure they were still sealed. I found a dented can of soup in "the power's out" box, so I moved it to the pantry where it will be used soon, and added "soup" to my shopping list.

-- De-crumbed the kitchen drawers.
