Homestead Kitchen Tour

Today I'm opening my kitchen and guest-posting for Cultivate Nourishing's Homestead Kitchen Tour series. Each Wednesday Lindsey is highlighting a homestead kitchen. Here's a peek:


Jars of staples, such as flour, sugar, pastas, rice and so on, line the countertop next to the sink. Tomatoes ripen on the counter, and small pots of herbs live on a shelf in front of the kitchen window...

Thank you for sharing your kitchen Kathi! It is so fun to peak into other peoples houses, especially the working kitchen! Ours is small also and we have to store a lot in other rooms too. We also do the same drawer system :)

Ooohh Kathi, will you teach me to make vinegar?!? I have a ginger bug, and kombucha, but have yet to find a good tutorial on vinegar! Loved the kitchen tour, thanks so much for sharing your life with us!
