A Slice of My Life

This Shasta daisy plant lived in the herb garden all summer, and now that
it's indoors on my kitchen windowsill it has begun to bloom profusely.
My son and his fiancée gave it to me for my birthday;
I'm smiling every time I stand at the kitchen sink now with
these happy flowers in front of me.
