On this date in 2004, we arrived at Oak Hill Homestead! Two adults, two young teens, three large indoor dogs, three indoor cats, three goats, three rabbits, and half a dozen chickens had survived the trek across the country from Michigan to Oklahoma.

Oh, this place was WILD! I thought we lived "in the country" in Michigan but it was nothing compared to this!! It's still wild, but we're used to it now.

  1. Dear friend,
Congratulations. :) It is wonderful to live in the wilderness. I truly love the Lord's creation, and I prefer the blessings He gives to my heart, over anything money could ever buy me.

    The Lord has been good.
    With love, Carra
