A Slice of My Life

The farrier came last week to trim the horses' hooves.
He was late, and the sun was sinking fast.
Ella waited more patiently than I did since she had grass to snack on.
Even though she was dirty and the stiff wind blew her tail and mane wildly,
I think she's beautiful with the sun outlining her in gold.
