A Slice of My Life

The weekend storm cleared out late yesterday morning, leaving behind a little snow/sleet on the ground. Most of it has melted by now, leaving a pond of standing water in the front yard and a whole lot of mud. We had over seven inches of rain from this storm.

The animals are all upset about the weather and that I won't make it go away. They all have plenty of feed and warm water. Digesting hay helps keep ruminants and horses warm overnight.
